The two-alarm fire broke out above Brendee's Irish Pub at 449 West Lemon Street around 5:30 a.m., according emergency dispatch.
The fire started in a residence on the third floor causing significant damage and the lower floors had smoke and water damage, according to Chief Todd Hutchinson with Lancaster Fire and Rescue.
The person hurt was the resident and the were taken to a hospital with burns, their status has not been released.
The estimated cost of the damage and the cause of the fire have not been released.
